FAQs
Can I get a facial during pregnancy?
Our facials are customized for each person, and we love treating our expecting clients with gentle-yet-effective, non-systemic skincare products that do not enter the bloodstream or interfere with pregnancy. If you are past 28 weeks, we can incline and adjust the bed for you to feel comfortable and safe.
How long should I wait to get a facial after injectables?
The best rule of thumb is to wait 2 weeks post-neurotoxins (such as Botox and Dysport), and 4 weeks post filler (such as Juvederm and Restylane).
How should I plan around other beauty/wellness treatments?
If you're having a day of services and self-care, we recommend you do massages and workouts before your facial, but schedule hair and lash appointments after your facial as our treatments can extend up to the hairline and scalp.
What happens if I need to cancel or change an appointment?
We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service. A no-show will result in a full charge of the reserved service.
Please keep this in mind before you book an appointment. Please email mirandarasin@gmail.com with any questions.
What happens if I am running late?
Being late to an appointment may result in a modified treatment charged at full price of the service booked.
How can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card here or via email at mirandarasin@gmail.com
When do I need a Doctor's note?
We encourage you speak to your physician before booking if you are undergoing cancer treatments, Accutane, had recent surgery, or have any concerns about how a facial treatment may impact your health condition.
